Carole A. Denardo, M.A., RPA, is the principal/owner of Provenience Group, Inc. With over 35 years of professional expertise in every aspect of cultural resources' management, she brings a wealth of experience to the profession. This accrued knowledge is applied to meeting the compliance needs of clients by seamlessly weaving through the complex intricacies of various government agencies at the local, county, state and federal levels in order to effectively address any prehistoric and historical archaeological and architectural history project issues.

Ms. Denardo's M.A. degree in Archaeology and Heritage from the University of Leicester has equipped her with the ability to use an integrated approach during inventory and evaluations of historic and prehistoric archaeological resources, as well as the historic built environment.

Through her numerous years of practice, Provenience Group, Inc. 's Owner/Principal, Carole Denardo, has developed proficiency in managing CRM projects in accordance with local municipality guidelines, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and other applicable laws and regulations. The objective is always to find workable solutions without impeding a project. It is achieved through frequent, open communication to keep clients informed of any cultural discoveries, related requirements under the law, and plausible solutions.
